Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with love. Please review our shipping terms below:

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Personalized or custom embroidery items may take an additional 2–4 business days.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 4–5 business days
• Canada: 3–4 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–6 business days
• Europe & Rest of the World: 4–7 business days

If an item is not available in our U.S. warehouse, we ship from our Turkish workshop with the same delivery timeframe. All international shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

Customers will never pay customs, duties, or import fees. Personalized Gift World covers all tariff and duty charges for international shipments, including to the USA, UK, Canada, and EU.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
