Personalized Gift World is operated by 3B Textile LLC, a New Mexico, USA company. Our towels are embroidered and shipped from Türkiye.

United States, Canada & United Kingdom

Tracked shipping costs US$5.99 on orders below US$35. Orders of US$35 or more qualify for free tracked shipping.

The free shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Amounts displayed in other currencies may vary with conversion.

U.S. Import Duties & Tariffs — Prepaid

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We prepay U.S. import duties and tariffs, so no additional import duties or tariffs are payable on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

This DDP commitment applies only to U.S. deliveries. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about import charges.

Processing & Delivery Times

Standard order processing takes 1–2 business days. Personalized or custom embroidery may require an additional 2–4 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. Shipping transit time is additional to processing time.

Delivery timing varies by destination, order quantity and customization. If you need your order for Christmas, a wedding or another fixed date, contact us before ordering with your delivery country, quantity and required arrival date. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking & Delivery Addresses

We send tracking information after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier’s first scan.

Please provide a complete and accurate street address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
