If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Personalized and custom-made products (including embroidered or monogrammed towels) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, actual delivery costs may be deducted from your refund.
